Statues of Famous Japanese People

Japanese Statue List are :


1. Saigo Takamori Statue - Ueno Park ( Tokyo )

Despite being labeled as a rebel by the government, Takamori recalled by the people and equipment in Japan as a hero, especially in regions south of Japan. Meiji government then forgive and bestow the highest honor. The statue is now adorned the size of Central Park in Kagoshima and Ueno Park in Tokyo. Heroic figure has inspired the film The Last Samurai.

3. Clark Hokkaido Statue (Hokkaido)

William Smith Clark (July 31, 1826 to March 9, 1886) is the vice principal Sapporo Agricultural College (now Hokkaido University) the famous words of 'Boys Be' (Ambitious' Boys, Idake aspirations), "Boys, be ambitious". 8. Equestrian Statue of Date Masamune - Aoba Castle Park (Miyagi)

12. Hiroshi Hirota Statue - Ohori (Fukouka)

Mitsugu Uenoyama Kiyoshi 3 (Ueno pour Yamaki) Born in Hokkaido in 1889.
